If you find that despite having tried your best to cheer up you still can’t shake of the blues you should try evaluating your life. Figure out the stress factors and try to eliminate them little by little. If this seems impossible do not hesitate to seek help.

If you have been sobby for more than a few days and this seems to be a general trend seek the help of a counselor because you might be suffering from depression.
