		<description>On the point of worrying. I've found that there is never a time when worry helps anything. If you can do something about the situation, don't worry, do it. If you can't do anything about the situation, then you can't do anything about it. No sence in worrying. If you spend your time in the 'right here - right now' and just do what's in front of you, you will realize that your worries have slipped away.
